APPROVAL OF THE BILL OF SALE TO SARASOTA COUNTY FOR THE WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM AT SUNCOAST POLYTECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL
Description
Sarasota County land development regulations require the ownership of the utility systems be vested with the County. This item authorizes the transfer of the title of these facilities to Sarasota County. The School Board attorney has reviewed and approved the Bill of Sale.
Recommendation
That the Bill of Sale to Sarasota County for the Wastewater Collection System at Suncoast Polytechnical High School be approved as presented.
